Storefront

An enrollment-owned, product-instance-specific public selling surface.

A Storefront is a public selling surface inside one product instance. It belongs to an Enrollment, not directly to the reusable profile.

The storefront owns instance-specific presentation such as its shop slug, storefront display name, cover branding, locale, currency, and lifecycle state.

The storefront's public_handle is the shop slug under the profile's brand handle in this product instance. It is unique per profile in the instance, not globally across all sellers. It is not the marketing @ handle.

Public URLs

Most sellers have one shop. Buyers then see only the brand URL:

  • fiton.zinorel.com/@djcloths

When a brand has more than one shop in the instance, the brand URL is a hub and each shop is nested:

  • fiton.zinorel.com/@djcloths — brand hub
  • fiton.zinorel.com/@djcloths/colombo — Colombo shop
  • fiton.zinorel.com/@djcloths/kandy — Kandy shop

Why it cannot belong directly to Profile

If the same DJ Cloths profile is used in Fiton and another app, a profile-owned storefront would mix both products. Enrollment ownership keeps the two storefront sets isolated while still reusing the profile's logo, name, and @handle.

One enrollment can have the number of storefronts allowed by that product instance's policy. A default storefront may be created as part of enrollment activation, typically with shop slug shop under the brand handle.
